We present the design and the validation campaign of OrbFIX, a high-accuracy PNT device capable of decimeter level accuracy on LEO, developed under a series of ESA contracts. Featuring also low power modes, OrbFIX fits the CubeSat form factor, but the use of radiation hardened components make it suitable for high reliability missions. OrbFIX implements a precise position algorithm based on GALILEO E6 HAS in conjunction with a multi-band GNSS receiver. We conclude with the results of environmental and functional results, including using a hardware-in-the-loop RF simulation, generating GNSS signals for LEO orbit.
