Charlotte is a Counsel specializing in commercial and regulatory matters with a strong focus on the space and telecommunications sectors. She advises on cutting-edge legal issues at the intersection of technology and industry—ranging from satellite communications and spectrum regulation to cybersecurity, AI, and the digital transformation of mobility. Charlotte regularly supports French and international clients across the space ecosystem, helping them navigate complex regulatory environments and negotiate innovative contractual frameworks, whether for large-scale satellite projects, NewSpace ventures, or hybrid telecom systems. Her experience also spans related sectors such as IT, energy, transportation, and financial services. In addition to her practice, Charlotte lectures on space and telecommunications law at Paris V Descartes University and teaches data protection law at Paris II Panthéon-Assas University.
