When and how do I submit a technical paper
How and when are abstracts selected for presentation
Abstract submission is subject to a two stage review. Within 36 hours you will receive a preliminary acceptance or denial based upon basic submission criteria. Submissions focused commercial applications or promotional in nature will be rejected during this review. All other abstracts will be reviewed by a 12 person
technical committee and chairperson. This committee will render a final determination on January 17th, 2025. You will be notified by email and required to confirm presentation and final paper submission deadline adherence.
When are papers due
Final papers are due December 1, 2024.
Is there a virtual component to SmallSat Europe?
Yes! The full business portion of the conference program is available to registered virtual and in-person attendees. For the technical sessions, recordings will be posted approximately two weeks after the event.
Will the event be streamed live?
The main stage will be streamed live, however you must be a registered attendee to watch the livestream and recordings.
When will event recordings be available?
Recordings of the main stage will be accessible in the virtual platform approximately 15 minutes after each session or talk. Technical sessions will be available approximately two weeks after the event. Access requires a valid registration. Recordings may be viewed for up to 3 months after the event.
