Holding a Master’s Degree in Space and Astronautical Engineering, Mr Flavio Giudice has spent his whole career in the Space business, starting in national industry, then at the European Space Agency, and lastly working for NATO, in both military headquarters and at NCIA. Mr Giudice has been one of the pioneers of the NATO Space Domain, contributing to the development of NATO’s Space policies and working on the standing up of NATO’s Space operational capabilities. In his current role of deputy head of NCIA’s Space branch, named Space Technology Adoption and Resilience (STAR), he manages a wide series of activities, ranging from capability development to direct support to military operations with Space products and services. His portfolio includes the standing up and management of multinational initiatives such as the Alliance Persistent Surveillance from Space programme, and integrating technology advancements in NATO’s architecture.
