Valid Feb 10, 2024 – Revisions will be submitted in writing to all confirmed exhibitors and sponsors.
Payment: Exhibitors must pay the specified fees in full by the deadline to secure their exhibition space. Payment confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email, fax, or post. Cancellations received 180 days or more prior to the event are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations received within 180 days of the event, but not within 60 days of the event are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted within 60 days of the event.
Set-Up and Breakdown: Exhibitors are responsible for setting up and dismantling their displays within the allocated time frame. Any delays may result in additional charges or penalties.
Conduct: Exhibitors must conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times and adhere to the rules and regulations of the conference venue. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by the organizers may result in expulsion from the exhibition space without refund.
Liability: The conference organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by exhibitors or their representatives during the conference. Exhibitors are advised to secure appropriate insurance coverage for their exhibits and materials.
Marketing and Promotion: Exhibitors may not engage in any marketing or promotional activities outside of their designated exhibition space without prior approval from the organizers.
Compliance: Exhibitors must comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and licensing requirements pertaining to their products or services.
Indemnification: Exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the conference organizers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the exhibition.
Amendments: These terms and conditions may be amended or updated by the conference organizers at any time. Exhibitors will be notified of any changes in writing.
